If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may request a refund of your VIP payment within 90 days of the time your VIP membership began. All requests will be honored with a complete refund of the payment amount(s). Accounts that have requested a refund under this policy will not be eligible for any future VIP memberships. After 90 days from the time that payment was made, only refunds for fraudulent charges will be processed.
